How do I set up an account with PDQ? Simply call a PDQ dispatcher at (800) 209-9105 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST. The process takes just a few miutes and you can begin placing orders immediately.
How do I schedule a pickup? Call (800) 209-9105. PDQ standard on-demand and scheduled service is available from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After hours service is available 24/7 including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
What type of equipment does PDQ operate? PDQ operates late model vehicles and vans for small package delivery with capacities up to 2,000 pounds.
Can PDQ customize my invoices? Yes. We can produce summary and detail reports containing your purchase order numbers, job numbers, client number and matter numbers. A PDQ dispatcher will ask you for these numbers when you place your orders. When you receive your invoice reports, they will be sorted and sub totaled by the codes you give us.
How should I safely package my items? Most importantly, make sure your package is addressed correctly with the Business Name, Recipient Name, Street, Zip and a destination phone number. This is especially important for deliveries to larger organizations with several buildings, floors and a large numbers of employees.
This will solve 90% of all delivery problems. While PDQ does not require that all deliveries be in envelopes or packages, that will certainly help protect the contents from loss or damage.
